Dal chokha no lot

Dal choka no lot, or handvo flour, is a blend of rice and lentils ground into flour. It is used in many Gujarati recipes. It can be purchased from an Indian market, or make your own from rice and lentils. One trend lately is to substitute rice with quinoa.
