Ingredients

  • 1 cup mint packed
  • 1 serrano chili
  • 2 tbsp tamarind concentrate
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 7 cups water

Instructions

  • Put 1/2 cup water with mint leaves, chili and tamarind concentrate into a blender, and blend thoroughly.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend to combine.
