A spicier version of the simple vaghar, adds chilies
- 1 tbsp ghee
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 green chilies (1-2 chilies)
- 2 cups cooked potatoes or other vegetable, chopped
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat
Add cumin and mustard seeds
Allow to fry until they begin to brown and aroma becomes strong
Add turmeric and allow to cook for a few seconds. Then add chilies and allow to cook a little more.
Mix in cooked potatoes or other vegetables, allowing them to cook a little bit so the flavors get integrated.
