Cumin Roasted Cauliflower

Cumin Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (cut into half and sliced into roughly 1/2 inch thick slices)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together caluliflower, oil, cumin and salt. Rub the spice and oil in the cauliflower making sure all parts are covered with a thin layer of oil.
  3. Spread out the cauliflower onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
  5. Increase heat to 450 degrees and cook for 5 to 10 more minutes. Until the cauliflower has brown and crispy edges.
