Bay Cumin Salt

Ingredients
- 4 Indian Bay Leaves (substitute regular Bay Leaves if you can’t find the Indian Bay Leaf)
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder (or to taste)
- salt (to taste (about 1/2 tsp))
Instructions
- Roast the cumin seeds in a dry pan until fragrant. About 3 to 5 minutes.
- Toss the cumin and the rest of the ingredients into a spice grinder and grind until powdered.
