Bay Cumin Salt

Ingredients

  • 4 Indian Bay Leaves (substitute regular Bay Leaves if you can’t find the Indian Bay Leaf)
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder (or to taste)
  • salt (to taste (about 1/2 tsp))

Instructions

  1. Roast the cumin seeds in a dry pan until fragrant. About 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Toss the cumin and the rest of the ingredients into a spice grinder and grind until powdered.
