- 1 lb raw peanuts (in their shells)
- 1/4 cup sea salt
Instructions
- Rinse the peanuts several times in cold water
Combine the peanuts, salt and 8 cups of water in an Instant Pot or pressure cooker.
Pressure cook on high for 25 to 30 minutes, followed by a natural pressure release of 20 minutes.
