Indian Style Boiled Peanuts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw peanuts (in their shells)
  • 1/4 cup sea salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse the peanuts several times in cold water
  2. Combine the peanuts, salt and 8 cups of water in an Instant Pot or pressure cooker.

  3. Pressure cook on high for 25 to 30 minutes, followed by a natural pressure release of 20 minutes.
