Simple Mung Bean Sprout Saute

Ingredients
- 1 cup moong bean sprouts
- 1 tsp whole cumin seeds
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (optional)
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
Heat the oil until it shimmers. Add cumin seeds, and let them sizzle for 10 seconds.
Add the garlic and turmeric. Stir.
When the garlic is slightly golden, add the moong beans and a splash of water. Sauté for about a minute.
