Ingredients

  • 200 g ginger
  • 200 g green chilies
  • 3 Tbsp neutral oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 splash water

Instructions

  • Clean and roughly chop the ginger and green chilies.
  • Add ginger, green chilies, oil, and water to a blender. Blend until a paste forms, adding water as needed to get it to blend.

As a rule of thumb, I start with equal amounts of ginger and chilies by weight. The potency of chilies can vary a lot, be sure to adjust to taste.
