Ginger-Chili Paste (Adu Mircha)

Ingredients

  • 200 g ginger
  • 200 g green chilies
  • 3 Tbsp neutral oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 splash water

Instructions

  1. Clean and roughly chop the ginger and green chilies.
  2. Add ginger, green chilies, oil, and water to a blender. Blend until a paste forms, adding water as needed to get it to blend.
