- 250 g Green chilies (about 1/2 pound)
- 1 tsp oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
Wash chilies well and dry completely. Remove the stems from the chilies.
Roughly chop or snap the chilies into half and add to the blender.
Add oil as needed and salt to taste. Blend to a paste.
