Air Fryer Paneer Tikka
Paneer tikka is a popular restaurant dish of paneer marinated in spiced yogurt and grilled. Here I use the air fryer for ease and convenience.

Ingredients
- 12 oz paneer ((350 g))
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp beet (grated)
- 1 1/2 tsp garam masala or tikka masala
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- Spray oil
- 2 Tbsp cilantro
Instructions
- Cut paneer into 2-inch by 1-1/2-inch steaks.
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, beets, and spices. Whisk until smooth.
- Arrange the paneer onto a plate and coat all sides with the marinade. Be gentle to avoid breaking the paneer.
- Spray the air fryer tray with oil. Arrange paneer. Spray the top of the paneer with oil.
Cook in an air fryer at 380°F (190°C) for 11-13 minutes. Turn the paneer at the halfway point.
- Serve with lemon, sliced onion, and cilantro.
