Salt Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp cumin (toasted)
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Toast the cumin. Grind in a mortar and pestle.
  2. Whisk the yogurt and salt.
  3. Add half the cumin.
  4. Add water and whisk.
  5. Pour into a glass. Garnish with mint leaves.
