Avocado Cilantro Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves and stems
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 green chili
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water if needed to get the blender going.
