Pomegranate Lemonade
A refreshing take on lemonade with a little something extra, pomegranate. The pomegranate gives it a dark red color and a little extra sweetness.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup simple syrup (or agave sweetener)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Pinch salt
- For the Rim
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1/4 tsp cumin (toasted)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Stir together simple syrup, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, a pinch of salt, and cold water.
- Pour into a pitcher filled with crushed ice.
- To rim your glass, rub the lemon wedge around the rim to coat it with a thin layer of lemon juice. Mix cumin, sugar, and salt on a plate. Dip the glass in the mixture and twist to coat.
