Ingredients

  • 1 cup cilantro leaves and stems packed
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 2 green chilies (use 1 for less heat)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • tsp granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp toasted cumin seeds
  • Water as little as possible to blend

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Add water as needed to blend.
