Ingredients

  • 1 cup cilantro leaves and stems (packed)
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 green chilies ((use 1 for less heat))
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cumin (whole toasted)
  • Water (as little as possible to blend)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add water as needed to blend.
