Ingredients
- 1 cup cilantro leaves and stems (packed)
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 green chilies ((use 1 for less heat))
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin (whole toasted)
- Water (as little as possible to blend)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add water as needed to blend.
