Simple Green Chutney for Chaat

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1 green chili (such as serrano or jalapeno)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic (or 1 medium garlic clove)
  • Water as needed
