Ingredients

  • 3 paan leaves
  • 1 Tbsp fennel
  • 3 Tbsp dried coconut
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • 2 Tbsp gulkand
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • Roughly tear up or chop paan leaves and add to a blender.
  • Add remaining ingredients to blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture through a meshed strainer for a nice, smooth texture. Pour into shot glasses and serve.

To make these alcoholic paan shots, add 2 oz of bourbon to the blender before blending.
