Paan Shots

Ingredients

  • 3 paan leaves
  • 1 Tbsp fennel
  • 3 Tbsp dried coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 2 Tbsp gulkand
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Roughly tear up or chop paan leaves and add to a blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture through a meshed strainer for a nice, smooth texture. Pour into shot glasses and serve.
