Ingredients
- 3 paan leaves
- 1 Tbsp fennel
- 3 Tbsp dried coconut
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 2 Tbsp gulkand
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Roughly tear up or chop paan leaves and add to a blender.
- Add remaining ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a meshed strainer for a nice, smooth texture. Pour into shot glasses and serve.
