Spicy Vaghar

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 green chilies ((1-2 chilies))
  • 2 cups cooked potatoes or other vegetable, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat

  2. Add cumin and mustard seeds

  3. Allow to fry until they begin to brown and aroma becomes strong

  4. Add turmeric and allow to cook for a few seconds. Then add chilies and allow to cook a little more.

  5. Mix in cooked potatoes or other vegetables, allowing them to cook a little bit so the flavors get integrated.
