Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 cups cooked potatoes or other vegetable, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat

  2. Add cumin and mustard seeds

  3. Allow to fry until they begin to brown and aroma becomes strong

  4. Mix in cooked potatoes or other vegetables, allowing them to cook a little bit so the flavors get integrated.
